We try to make every product we sell available in every store, but sometimes space restrictions and supplier availability make this difficult. However, we do operate a buy and reserve policy so if the item is available at another store you may purchase it and collect it later.

Prices include VAT, where and to the extent that VAT is required to be applied to the product under UK VAT law.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.

All promotions are subject to availability. To qualify for a promotion, you must comply with the terms of that promotion, these will usually be listed on the promotion point of sale.

All product prices are shown in UK pounds sterling. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, please see in store for details.

Our card processing facilities have been certified as PCI-DSS compliant meaning we are careful with your details and have procedures in place to mitigate risk.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights. You can cancel a Fone Bitz order under 2 different circumstances:

  1. Cancellation at or immediately after the point of sale
  2. Faulty goods or mis-sold / misdescribed goods

a. Cancellation at or immediately after the point of sale

You can cancel an order for any reason if your cancellation is before you have left the shop or up to 15 minutes after the sale, providing the goods and packaging are in a resellable condition. We do not offer a longer period, as some of our products, for example chargers, could be used to charge a phone and then returned to us in a used condition.

Some items cannot be cancelled, for example phone Top Ups or digital products such as CDs, DVDs, or computer software where the holographic seal and/or shrink-wrap has been unsealed. We also will not cancel a sale for earphones once these have been worn.

b. Faulty goods or mis-sold / mis-described goods

You should inspect any Product(s) you purchase as soon as you can after purchase and notify us if you consider they are not as-sold, or defective as soon as possible.

If an accessory product is not compatible with your handset, you should firstly speak to the salesperson in store. If this is not possible, for example if you have left the services already, please speak to our customer services team on 0161 494 4200 or

In the rare case of faulty goods, again you should firstly speak to the salesperson in store. If this is not possible, for example if you have left the services already, please speak to our customer services team on 0161 494 4200 or

Goods are supplied with at least a 12 month warranty, though for some items this is 24 months under EU regulations.

c. Return by post:

The return is at your own risk and at your own cost and we will not refund your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with the purchase such as recorded or courier delivery. Please include the authorisation number for the return (available from our customer services team on 0161 494 4200 or and your email address or telephone number so we can contact you if there is a problem.

d. Faulty Items

If a Product is incorrect, faulty or defective and within the warranty period, and you can show proof of purchase, you are entitled to either:

During the first 30 days after the sales date

A free-of-charge like-for-like exchange or refund, or (in unusual circumstances) a repair can be offered.

After the first 30 days but before the expiration of the warranty period

A free-of-charge like-for-like exchange or (in unusual circumstances) a repair

Limitations and Variances

This warranty varies in specific circumstances, for example our supplier Snooper has their own returns procedure and they insist that after thirty days a consumer must deal with them directly. Other variances may apply to devices which have pre-paid credit on them at the point of sale.

You have statutory rights against us and any warranty applicable to an item is additional to those rights. You can also obtain free legal advice on your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods from Trading Standards or your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
